Foxtail Bakeshop

Foxtail Bakeshop’s new location at Bend’s Historic Box Factory boasts an open floor plan, symmetrical tile-work, natural textiles, and a jaw-dropping mural by Flor & Fauna. The counter and kitchen were designed to be open and visible allowing patrons to witness the magic. The bakery’s growing business is supported by the additional space Stemach Design + Architect was able to provide by designing and constructing a second-floor mezzanine that includes a cozy consultation area and extra storage capacity. This stylish bakery is yet another of the artisan eateries along Arizona Avenue.
